How the Group Works

Format:
A 6-week small group led by Sophie Bain-Tohl, LMFT, created to help parents and parents-to-be manage anxiety, reduce overstimulation, and build emotional regulation skills.

Focus:
Each session combines guided discussion, mindfulness-based tools, and real-life strategies to help you feel calmer and more grounded in the everyday chaos of parenting.

Parents and parents-to-be who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or overstimulated, and want to find steadier ground in their daily lives.
