Let’s get the logistics out of the way.

Fees & FAQS

Therapy is personal. The details don’t have to be complicated.
Here’s what you need to know about fees, insurance, scheduling, and working together.

A few things worth knowing before we begin.

Therapy looks a little different depending on who’s in the room and what brings you there. Some people come on their own. Some come with a partner. Some come as a family.

The details below cover fees, payment, and what to expect so you can decide whether working together feels like the right fit.

Session Fees

Different work needs different amounts of room.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are longer, giving us more space to slow down patterns as they happen, understand what’s underneath them, and work with what’s actually unfolding in the room.

Couples & Family Therapy

For relationships that feel stuck, reactive, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift. We’ll pay attention not only to what you’re talking about, but to what happens between you when things get hard.

60 minutes | $300

Extended 90-minute sessions available | $400

Individual Therapy

A space to make sense of what you’re carrying, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and feel more grounded in how you move through your life and relationships.

50 minutes | $200

Insurance & Payment

A few practical details.

Haven Wellness Therapy is a private-pay practice, which allows us flexibility in the length, frequency, and focus of our work together.

Full payment is due at the time of each session. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide the documentation needed to submit to your insurance plan.

HSA/FSA and major credit cards are accepted.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before beginning therapy.

I partner with Thrizer to make checking benefits and submitting for reimbursement a little easier.

You don’t need to know exactly what needs to change.

You may just know that something isn’t working the way you want it to anymore.

That’s enough to start.

A consultation gives us a chance to talk about what’s happening, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right next step.
