Therapy is an investment in You & Your Family
I work with parents and parents-to-be who are ready for therapy that goes beyond coping skills. Our work focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional steadiness, and deeper connection, the kind of change that lasts.
Sessions are structured to give you the time and space needed for meaningful, lasting nervous-system change.
Individual Therapy
Therapy offers space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself during major transitions. I work with adults navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, and parenting fatigue.

Insurance & Payment
Clear and simple payment options for flexible care
Working privately allows our sessions to move at the pace and depth that best support you, rather than being limited by the constraints of an insurance plan. You’ll have flexibility in how often we meet and what we focus on.
Haven Wellness is a private-pay practice. Full payment is due at each session, and a credit card is securely kept on file to support smooth scheduling.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. HSA and all major credit cards are accepted.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services before starting therapy.
