Full payment is due at each session. A credit card is kept securely on file to support smooth scheduling and manage session fees or late cancellations.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Haven Wellness is a private-pay practice. Superbills are available upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
Flexible payment options are accepted
HSA and all major credit cards are welcome for your convenience.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself during seasons of change. I work with adults navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, identity shifts, and major life transitions.

Yes. I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located in California. Virtual therapy allows for flexibility and consistency, especially during busy or demanding seasons of life.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

INSURANCE & GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES
I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services before starting therapy, so there are no financial surprises.
