Frequently asked questions.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! I offer secure virtual therapy for clients across California. Many parents love the flexibility of virtual sessions, especially with little ones at home.

Do you take insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly, however I’ve partnered with Thrizer to make the process easier for you.

If you have out-of-network benefits, Thrizer allows you to only pay your co-insurance amount upfront, instead of paying in full and waiting weeks for reimbursement. They handle all the claims for you and keep you updated through their secure client portal.

It’s free to use and takes just a few minutes to set up. I’m happy to walk you through the process or check your benefits if you’re unsure what your plan covers.

Do you work with just moms?

I support mamas, dads, parents, caregivers and individuals.

What ages do you work with for child therapy?

I typically work with children ages 3 to 10 through play therapy, though I also support younger and older children through other modalities depending on their needs. Feel free to reach out if you're unsure if it's the right fit.

How do I get started?

You can fill out the contact form on my website or email me directly. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us get to know each other, talk through your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what your goals are, and how I can support you. There’s no pressure to dive into everything all at once — we’ll go at your pace.

What are your fees?

My standard rate for individual sessions is $275 per 50 minute session.

Family and couples sessions are $350 per 50 minute session, as they often involve more complexity and coordination.
